For the first time, Angel Investor Networks will meet in Nigeria on the sidelines of DEMO Africa event slated for September to develop a road map for supporting growth of local start ups in the tech industry.
The Pan-African investor summit to focus on knowledge exchange between continents various angel investors and related networks across the globe have set an agenda to exchange best practices, share lessons and set a future operation plan.
“Investor networks like Cairo Angels, Lagos Angels Network, Ghana Angel investors Network, Africa Angels Network, Angel Africa list among others are expected to attend,” said communication from Demo Africa.
The forum has also invited experts from organisations such as infoDev, the World Bank, African Development bank, European Business Angels Networks (EBAN), and VC4Africa’s Investor Network to boost quality of the meetings outcome.
