Team Set to assess performance of Kenya’s public officers

Kenyan Government has set up a team to assess all its national and county staff a move that will lead to massive deployment and at some point laying off unproductive workforce.

In a joint Statement the team is comprised of the public service commission, council of governers and the salaries and Remuneration Commission(SRC) and Union of Kenyan Employers who will set new standards to enable efficient service delivery to citizens.
