Kenyan motorists and households will for the next one month pay more for fuel as regulator reviews prices upwards.
The country’s Energy regulator, has increased Kerosene and Super Petrol prices by Sh0.99 and Sh1.24 per litre respectively and reduced diesel by Sh0.14 per litre.
“Taking into account the weighted average costs of imported products, the overall result is that the maximum allowed price of Diesel decreases by Sh0.14 per litre, that of Kerosene increases by Sh0.99 per litre while that of Super Petrol increases by Sh1.24 per litre,” said the Energy regulatory Commission (ERC).
