Digital Television Company, StarTimesMedia has lined up live games in a bid to thrill subscribers throughout 2017 on its High Definition (HD) Channels including, Sports Premium, Sports Life, Sports Focus, Sports Arena and World Football.

This weekend on 28th Jan 2017 various teams in Germany’s top tier will face off each other to fight for top position. Second placed Leipzig will be at home to welcome Hoffenheim live on StarTimes World Football at 14.30 GMT; Leipzig have made impressive performance this season with only 3 points shy of Bundesliga’s Champs, Bayern Munchen.

A win against Hoffenheim will take them point level with Bayern but they will be disadvantaged with a low goal difference. However a win is a must for them in case they hope to compete for Bayern for the league trophy. In another match Shalke 04 will be home to Eintracht Frankfurt.

Shalke o4 have been having mixed results lately as they are currently at position 10 with 21 points after 17 matches, on the other hand their opponents are better placed at position 6 with 29 points with only 1 point separating them with number 4 spot.

VflWolfsburg will face off Augsburg Live on Sports Life at 14.30 GMT; this season Wolfsburg have not performed so well as compared to last season, it might be even harder for them to qualify to champions league since they are placed at position 12 with just 19 points, this performance might be attributed to them losing their key players to other teams like Kelvin De Brurne (Manchester city) JulianDraxler (Paris Saint Germain). Other matches on the same day are as follows; Sv Darmstadt vs Fc Koln (Sports Arena) at 14.30 GMT, Bayern Leverkusen vs Borussia Monchengladbach (World Football) 17.30 GMT on StarTimes.
