Saturday afternoon opens up Match day 3 of the Bundesliga season on a top gear as European league teams battle to retain their form in strong headwinds against relatively fierce smaller rivals.

Tomorrow (Saturday 17), Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich return to Bundesliga action after dominating their opening Champions League group stage matches.

Bayern is comfortably in control after winning against FC Rostov  5-0 win, Dortmund after last weekend’s defeat to RB Leipzig emerged top after beating Legia Warsaw6-0
