Huawei Technologies has reiterated its commitment to accelerating ICT development in Kenya through the ‘‘Smart and Sustainable City” solutions.
Last year, the firm facilitated the delivery of the safe city project in partnership with the National Police Service and Safaricom.
The solution integrated a call-taking and dispatching system, video surveillance, and license plate recognition and violation detection to improve Kenya’s critical incident management capabilities.
