Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is urging taxpayers having challenges filing their returns to seek assistance at the iTax support centres across the country.

According to KRA, over 1.2 million Kenyans have so far filed their annual returns through the iTax system.

The authority said the system has been receiving approximately 70,000 returns daily and expects the number to go up as taxpayers make efforts to meet the deadline. The authority has  already  set  up  21  iTax  support centres.
