Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry(KNCCI), chair, Kiprono Kittony has opted out of Kenya Private sector Alliance (KEPSA) board citing cold blood between the two private sector bodies.
In a brief press statement sent to media outlets in Kenya Tuesday afternoon, Kittony said he had tendered his resignation with immediate effect and painted a picture of stormy relationship that broke their marriage.
“The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry as an umbrella organisation for the private sector representing business interests locally and internationally has experienced challenges in fulfilling its mandate alongside KEPSA and my continued stay on the board is therefore untenable,” Kittony said in a statement.
He served as the director of Economic Diplomacy and Media at KEPSA.
