“We have entered an age where online shopping is not just about deals and the cheapest price, but also convenience,” said Rupu Head of Marketing Cerdric Nzomo.

“It is about saving time, and avoiding long queues and terrible traffic. Rupu delivers the very best experience in Nairobi and with Visa, our customers can pay for their purchases instantly, securely, anywhere and at any time,” said Nzomo.

Through the campaign period, users who purchase goods or services worth more than Sh 1,500 on Rupu with their VISA card will get Sh 1,000 to spend on their next purchase on the site.

“It is our hope that consumers will take advantage of this opportunity to experience the convenience and benefit of using their cards to shop online with no reservations,” said Visa General Manager, Southern and East Africa, Jabu Basopo.
